Decent place for the price. Room was clean and smelled fresh. No bugs. Staff were friendly. Great place if you just need a cheap place to stay.

This my husband and our getaway ...we lov this place...front desk are welcoming and friendly . Rooms stay clean and always smell fresh. Everybody is nice..refreshments and snacks are affordable as well.

Everytime I stay here the staff is friendly, the room is always clean, and the shower is a dream come true esp if you like pressure on thoes hard to reach spots. The room is greatly priced and the location is super convenient, and if you need to leave there are convenience stores all around so your never really without.

I had an unpleasant experience at Crystal Inn. I was expecting a nice breakfast, but instead, I was served a muffin that was expired. When I questioned them about it, the only thing they offered me was a banana. It was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was unhelpful and the service was terrible. I would not stay here again.

Nice big king sized comfortable bed. Reasonable prices, close but not right on top of everything, which is why I like it. Clean, with an out of this world luxury bathroom. They have a shower that puts some expensive hotels to shame. No joke, it's hot with four jets and a big rain forest showerhead in the middle. It also has a mini fridge with a microwave. You can't beat it.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here during Hurricane Harvey. Our one night stay was very nice. Everything was clean and presentable. The owner (I believe) was very nice and more than generous. He offered us to stay another night a discounted price if needed. He allowed each person that came down to eat as much food as they wanted/needed, he even gave food to take with you. These acts of kindness is what the world needs more of. (My review is long over due but well deserved)

I really like my experiences everytime I come here. 😊 The staff is very pleasant & speedy with the transactions. The atmosphere is quiet, rooms are very tidy & clean (trust & believe I evaluate EVERYTHING when I stay at any motels/hotels). The sheets & towels are always white & not dingy. Also, I really like the hourly rates because one time my apartment had underground pipe issues & the water had to be temporarily shut off so I did an hourly rate for my family & I to take showers for work/school the next day. This particular Crystal Inn is very close to all the fast foods & sit down restaurants too on 610/S.Main (Reliant Stadium) area. 🙌💞🤘 I would definitely recommend a stay here! 😉
